*All UK Orders under £50.00 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour and charged at £2.95

European shipping: £6.95 + 5% of order value
Rest of the world shipping: £7.95 + 10% of order value

Occasionally items are checked by customs and therefore these can take slightly longer.
Most of our orders are dispatched the same day we receive the order otherwise we will dispatch orders within 1- 3 business days of receiving your order. For items that are not in stock or which are pre-ordered or a special order item then we will dispatch these items as soon as we have the item in stock.
If you haven't received your goods within a week of receiving our email telling you your goods have been shipped you should telephone your local Royal mail delivery office to check if they are holding your goods for you. Or alternatively you can call one of our customer care team and we can trace the item for you.
