Another great video production from the alakazam team, brilliant, over three & half hours of video play time, with, collin, dave, sara, and peter, some great flourishis, and severall brilliant card tricks thrown in using the flourishes that are taught too, the video is shot with great camera angles, showing you all the moves which are repeated from different angles, including overhead shots too, very easy to follow, and great explanations on how too, which is a refreshing change, some great banter from the team involved, which allways makes any alakazam videos worth watching, Cant wait for alakazam and Collin to produce a follow up on flourishes, or cardistry. Brilliant.
I highly recommend this Academy. If this Academy doesn't make your fingers bleed, your brain will. This is only half way through and I have learnt sooooo much. How can fingers this old not know how to move??? This is something completely refreshing to try and something I can definitely see myself playing with again and again. All you need is is an old pack of cards or practice blocks and time. Needing time does not mean being alone, you can practise these moves anywhere. In fact most things would be better learnt, sorry, profected without even looking. Just watch your favourite TV programme and flourish away. Is it hard??? For me yes. Is it too hard??? No because I am really enjoying this and just like all Academies, who is judging you? The answer is no-one and if anything they are there to help and advise. Thanks Collin and Alakazam for yet another great Academy. Yet another unique subject matter but well linked into magic mainstream with false cuts and reveals. ********Challenge yourself to some fun***********
Great building block style Academy - one to be watched over and over. Collin doesn't assume you know anything in advance and begins with the basics before progressing in a logical fashion to the trickier stuff. I'm watching this live and although we've only just reached the half way point there's already a lot of mileage to be gained from this. Highly recommended.
What a great course, lots of cards moves to learn and master. Not easy as I have broken fingers on both hands in the past. Still working on getting maximum movement back. This seems like the best course to flex my fingers. The instructions are clear to understand, with multiple cameras make this fun to learn and master
Not sure about Collin Claus, more like Santa Claus with all the goodies he has foe us. Collin is such a down to earth guy and has a lovely relaxed teaching style. My card handling isn't great but even I am learning stuff within my capabilities that are deceptive, look good and very useful. Definitely recommend this.
