After only the first hour I had to take a break to let what I'd seen so far sink in! So much to think about and practice, I'm looking forward to the rest. This is how to do magic!

As one has come to expect of Michael Vincent, this masterclass exhibited nothing but pure sleight of hand magic executed with elegance, upmost technical skill and knowledge, not to mention critical aspects on communication and body language use to direct attention. If you have not already purchased some of Michaels boxed sets produced by Alakazam, I would strongly suggest you do; you really are learning from a true professional and gentleman. With the exception of the occasional Vlog, download or DVD appearance, we don’t get to see much of Andy Smith; he hosted the masterclass with natural ease and it was apparent that he is extremely well read (I have heard him mention his book collection before!) and carries a diverse magical knowledge base. A quiet expert! Excellent job Andy, looking forward to future appearances! I purchased this masterclass for less 20 pounds (VAT ddt!), and I can honestly say that this ranks with one of the best magical purchases I have made – and I suspect, like most, I make more than I should! Remember - this was over 3 hours of excellent learning. I look forward to more of Michaels academies, not to mention being encouraged to explore those released by additional tutors. I really think this is an outstanding job Alakazam – well and truly knocking it out of the park with this concept.

Superb. Stunning. Michael never fails to deliver. His approach and his care for his students shine through. Hats off to Alakazam too for forging the way ahead. These courses are a revelation.

Fantastic lecture by Michael Vincent. There was something for everybody. Presentation and Body Language. Basic card handling. Fundamental sleights. Advanced sleights ( the one handed bottom deal was amazing in the way Mike used it). Even a great coin effect. The best news is that he is coming back! One of his key lessons, and one of the hardest to disciplilne oneself to practice (or even to learn how to practice) and to do consistently, is the choreography and body movement to fit the situation and sleights. Its tempting to focus on the "sparkly" things like fancy sleights but very few of us can execute the sleights so well that they don't require the choreography. Also,for full disclosure, I was a Skype student of Mike's for 18+ months. That should tell you how highly I valued his instruction since I am also an amateur but chose to invest in his personal training (and I obviously recommend this approach in addition to group training). The Alakazam Online Academy training is a steal for the information you are getting , especially if MIke comes back to focus on specialized topics. As a bonus, there were "special" deals offered on related Alakazam products during the training. That savings on the products more than covered the cost of the lecture.

Michael is a superb teacher. This was a WOW lecture. So elegant, calm and his skills are amazing. As well as showing tricks and slieghts, the tips on body language, gestures, psychology and his anacdotes were second to none. Loved every minute, (although I missed the 1st 30 mins), will watch the full lecture at the weekend.All in all a truly AMAZING evening well spent.

Michael is a superb teacher and his extensive knowledge is an inspiration.I was making so many errors in presentation that wont happen again !! This was my first Academy lesson but it certainly will not be the last. Well done to Andy !!!!

What a legend! So much information from such a knowledgeable guy, probably the best £20 ive spent on Magic in a LONG time, already got two pages of notes and we are only half way through. Tricks, moves, subtleties, theory, advice, stories... this has got it all! Well done Alakazam and thank you Michael.

Finished the first part of the live lecture. Outstanding information on presentation and body language in addition to technical sleight of hand. Just the info on the presentation and body language is worth the price of the lecture.

Elegance and entertaining magic wrapped up in just the nicest guy you could meet. Amazing magic with incidental “gold” sprinkled throughout with all the tips, touches, tales and experience that you don’t get with most online lectures. I love this format and Michael is a joy to spend time with and learn from.

Wow. The psychology, elegance, skill and calmness is just a joy to watch. The skills Micheal displays are beautiful and effortless. I tell you what...I've robbed Peter Nardi tonight.....£25 for this level of teaching!!!
