Q: Is This A Bit Like Daryls Odd Quad ?
A: no the effect is different, although you do end up with 4 cards with different colour backs as in the trailer.
Q: I Assume The Cards Can't Be Inspected At The End?
A: no, but there shouldn't be any want for them to take a look.
Q: Just Received This; Looks Great And Was V Excited To Do It. I Prised Apart The Sticky Cards For The First Time - No Probs. The Thing Is, When I Perform The Trick, Once The Two Sticky Cards Come Together, Although They "stick" In The Middle, There Is A Gap At The Outer Edges. In Other Words, As I Reveal That The Back Of The First Card Is Now "blue", And I Remove This Blue Card And Set It Down On The Table, It Can Very, Very, Clearly Be Seen That There Are Two Cards Here. Any Ideas? This Is Somewhat Tainting My Enjoyment. Also I Am A Total Novice At Magic, So Didn't Find The DVD Quite Effective Enough At Explaining How I Am Supposed To Convince My Audience That All Four Cards Are Red On The Back. But The Main Thing Is The Sticky Problem - Making Those Two Cards Look Like One. ANy Ideas?
A: Hi, the thickness of the two cards should never be noticed as at the end of the trick as you are displaying the other cards, you place these down one at a time on top of each other on the table. as you start with the double card, this ends up on the bottom and is completely covered by the other cards as you lay them down on top of one another. Regarding the display, if you re-watch the DVD a couple of time it does become clearer and clearer as to what is happening, so you should not have any trouble getting to grips with this effectively after a few tries.
Q: G'day
Can The Cards Be Examined By The Spectator At The End ?
A: the cards can't be examined, but when they are shown no one should want to examine them
