I like the way this routine begins with an utterly scrambled and chaotic deck and closes with an impossible coincidence. Teaching is good, but PN & BC might have emphasized the importance of the different ways the piles are created. Watch the video carefully. You must cut and deal the piles *exactly* as Caswell does for this to work.
