This is a great effect. But I have one small tip to share having performed it to a live audience recently. In the wallet I put a 'double back' card with the exclamation mark on it instead of the joker. This way, when you reveal the 'magic word' at the end, all the cards are the same colour which I feel further adds to an already very clever trick. Just a thought!

I could review Deep Clear in just 3 words. “JUST BUY IT!" But I won’t. I’ll talk about it. This has got to be the most Amazing effect I have bought in a long time. When you perform the fun Card Mystery that is mentioned in the advertisement, I won’t use that, but it is fine, your spectator is asked to think of any 3 or 4 letter word. However. At the end when you produce the lettered cards from a wallet that has been in full view all the time spelling that word that they thought of!! Don’t think like a magician here. Think like a layperson. Imagine what your spectator must be thinking when you produce those lettered cards spelling their word. I thought Deep Astonishment was good.... This is way better. Thank you Paul Harris and all at Alakazam.
