Loved the course. As a beginner in card magic it's easy to get swamped with information but John explains things so easily and clearly. Brilliant selection of tricks and as usual presented brilliantly by Alakazam. So nice to raise money for a well deserved charity.
Another awesome academy from JC. Words like 'streamlined' and 'stripped down' are often used to describe his style; do NOT interpret that to mean that these effects lack quality. This was yet another high quality selection of breath-taking effects, expertly taught with John's trademark good nature and humour. Another Carey masterclass.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The content was first class and john’s explanations were crystal clear. Not only was it a great nights entertainment we also managed to raise over £1000 for Great Ormand Street Hospital. Well done John and all at Alakazam
